After receiving a more than satisfactory level of service over 2 years ago I was in a flap when McAfee agents remotely assessing my computer told me my hard disk had corrupted. As I headed for the yellow pages I remembered the fridge magnet advertising from PC Hospital that the last engineer had left with me. So, PC Hospital I called and again received a prompt service that extended to weekend service in order to truly resolve the problem. McAfee were wrong – my hard disk had not been corrupted and I was much reassured by PC Hospital’s investigations. The service on this occasion was via remote connection and the real computer problem (McAfee product) was diagnosed and an alternative and better value solution found. Thanks again PC Hospital I will continue to keep your contact details.
